The following would be useful.
  • Transform tasks to lists.
  • Group lists by moving a list on top of another that creates a group.
  • Tasks with a priority should be a smart list like tasks with a due date.
  • Smart lists inside timebox should consist of Today/Current view date, Braindump, Priority, Template tasks and Due dates. Maybe other lists could show here if they are pinned much like Akiflow.
  • Recurrent and planned tasks should stay in their original list beside plan views. It should be apparent do that they are planned or not actionable. This would help for an overview what’s ongoing and upcoming.
