Currently, I am using the labels in Ellie to say what each task is for (dissertation, classwork, TA, RA, etc). I also organize these tasks into lists to keep them more organized. However, I have started to notice that I need about 30 minutes at the start of each day to dedicate to emails, and I have started naming these tasks something like "EMAIL: Remind Amanda about paper due date." It would be great to have a search function for tasks, so I could easily find all tasks that include "EMAIL" in their description at the beginning of the day.
