Feature requests

As you scroll through the tasks view, have the calendar sidebar match the same date for easily adding future calendar events to tasks.

Would LOVE to be able to apply more than one label to a task. Or even one [label] with multiple #tags

Hi, Is there a feature to see monthly calendar view. I saw a last year post that said IOS is not supported for that feature yet. Is this something that will be supported soon? It would really help to plan ahead with a monthly view. I find I’d possibly see a commitment too late if I can only see 3 days ahead.

Add a "focus" mode where you only see a single task

The ability to add more than one label to a task would be a nice touch. This would help know what's in the subtasks categorically through multiple tags.

Could you plese add an option to auto add task label when a task is moved to a list ? When I create tasks in my list "work" they get labeled "work". I wish I could create tasks in Brain Dump, drag them to work list and they also get label "work" automaticaly

Google lets you create "Out of Office" events so that no one can schedule a meeting with you at that time. It would be great if Ellie ignored these specific events so that scheduling other tasks in their place is easier.

Hey Chris! I know on 6Oct2026’s update you released the ability to edit google cal events via Ellie itself through the pencil button , but there usually is a 20-30 second lag actually. When I press the pencil button, it does open Google Calendar yes. But it makes me wait 20secs before it actually opens up the actual google calendar event I was trynna edit all along… is this usual? I was quite bummed by it because I thought it would almost be instant when you try editing 😰🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you so much for your help! Attached is a screen recording to illustrate my struggles

Would love a way to automatically create label groups: same colour, maybe a tag out front of the label like "Label group: label". Finding I subtasks aren't quite the best way to breakdown a task because I'd like to be able to estimate the time for each subtask, because I often break up the larger tasks across the week (but as a PhD student they're all part of larger groups like dissertation, teaching, paid research, etc). :)

Bulk selecting from one list moving it to another list. The current work around I'm using is changing the list viewing format (all list instead of one list). I can't figure out how to do it in one list mode if it's a possibility right now.
