Feature requests

Should be able to work on the same task multiple different time slots over multiple days. (Eg. working on an assignment over the course of a week. Maybe I spend 2 hours a day on it. And maybe I have a break in betwen - like I work on it between 9-10 and then have a meeting and come back and work on it at 11-12. I should be able to schedule the same task over multiple timeslots. Like Sunsama. (This is the one feature I need that will prevent me from using this app)

Ability for Ellie to guide you through certain routines (morning planning, Braindump cleaning, etc...)

iOS notifications for timeboxed tasks/events? (similar to "Reminders")

Being able to add Gcal events as tasks so the time etc can be tracked, the can be rearranged in the kanban view etc. All syncing to Gcal

Hi Chris! This is something Things 3 does perfectly, you can create a task that they call a project, and as its subtasks get completed there’s a little circle that slowly closes to show you how much progress you’ve made. I use it heavily for classes to see how many assignments I have left until I’m done with the course, and also personal goals, but I can see it working for things like routines as well (ex. how much of my routine did I do today). It’s the one thing I’ve dreamed of Ellie having! :)

after being marked complete, the timeboxed task reflects the estimated time. but if it took longer or shorter than expected, you might have to rearrange other tasks. it would be helpful to have tasks show the actual time taken to be able to get a more accurate view of the day

Being able to estimate and track the actual time for tasks is fantastic. But once you complete a task, there is no easy way to see the time spend across all your completed tasks (the analytics page chart is a start). What I would like is a page in Ellie with a table of completed tasks, the estimated time in one column, the actual elapsed time in another. It would also be nice to have the label of the task as column. In addition to be able review your completed work, if this table could be exported as a CSV, then this could also be used for tracking time per client or project too.

So that the bar is initially on the far left and then moves further and further to the right as a percentage. So that you can see how much time is left in %. Like a time progress bar The remaining time should also be displayed in large letters.

The ability to add more than one label to a task would be a nice touch. This would help know what's in the subtasks categorically through multiple tags.
