Currently, assigning a task to a day (or importing tasks with dates) immediately removes them from the left sidebar and places them exclusively into the day columns.

It would be great to have an option to keep scheduled tasks visible in the left sidebar as well (with a date/due badge). This would make dragging them directly into the Calendar view much easier.
