I love how Finch has a “how you feel” check in everytime you go into the app. I would love if there was a check in point in between tasks that would allow me to track my energy or mood or motivation levels when I’m transitioning from one task to another. I think it would provide me lots of insight on what tasks energize me or which tasks deplete me so I can see what I should break up into smaller tasks or have it be a focus period. So it’s not just time management but energy management too.
