Add override to individual tasks for the "Roll-over recurring tasks" setting.

Currently, you can only globally set whether or not you want recurring tasks to roll-over.
However, there are certain recurring tasks I want to roll over and some I do not.
Example:
- Monthly recurring tasks: pay mortgage. In case this happens on a weekend when I don't check Ellie often (or at all), I definitely want this task to to roll-over until I complete it.
- Daily "habits": I also recurring tasks for things like working out. If I'm not able to work out for 2 days, this task would roll over and I'd have 3 workout tasks stacked up on day 3 (I'm not going to do 3 separate workouts that day, lol).
So it would be nice to be able to globally set "Roll-over recurring tasks" to "no" and then on the important individual recurring tasks set those to roll-over.
