I my opinion we could eliminate task view completely and replace the week view with the current task view. It only makes sense to plan your tasks based on the day's calendar events. Right now, task view doesn't show any calendar events causing frequent back and forth between the calendar view and task view.

I love how simple Task view is and equally dislike the week view as I have to constantly scroll to see my entire day.

By doing this, you could eliminate the time box view as well. Thereby making your app more minimal and would help the user to make quick entries (a tip why I use things, quick faster entries) - less interactions & more productivity.
