I have to close the app 3 times for the dashboard to actually appear.
Scenario:
  • I open my PC*, launch Ellie
  • Ellie only shows the "Reconnecting timer" floating box; Close Ellie on Taskbar
  • Reopen Ellie; shows a text box field showing "Example: Buy milk tomorrow"; Close Ellie on Taskbar (2)
  • Reopen Ellie; Reconnecting Timer shows up again; Close Ellie on Taskbar (3)
  • Reopen Ellie; Dashboard/kanban finally appears
* Note that this bug always appears whether I open after PC bootup, or if I close and relaunch the app.
I'm on Win11; Floating Timer is disabled
